Package List:

2 x Hanging Pull Up Boots

1 x Rope

Feature:

1. The stainless steel hook ensures the safety during exercise, and has better bearing capacity, with a load‑bearing capacity of 220.5lb.
2. The hinge is upgraded, the lock sleeve is sturdier, and it will not fall off during use. Comes with electroplating lock, with fixed locking device.
3. The inner of the upside‑down boot adopts a thickened sponge sheath with a thickness of about 3cm, which is more comfortable to wear and protects the feet from being injured.
4. Helps relieve pain and stretch the muscles of the neck, back and shoulders, separate the compressed intervertebral discs, and relieve back pain.
5. The upside down boots can be perfectly fixed on ankles and feet of any size, which is a practical fitness equipment.

Why You’ll Love These:

  • Natural Spinal Relief: Gravity-assisted decompression helps elongate the spine, instantly relieving pressure on discs and nerves to soothe chronic back and neck pain.

  • Superior Comfort Padding: Unlike standard boots, our 30mm thick NBR foam ensures your ankles stay comfortable and secure, even during long inversion sessions.

  • Double-Lock Safety: Engineered with heavy-duty steel hooks and a reinforced safety-latch system, allowing you to hang with total confidence and stability.

  • Advanced Core Training: Take your fitness to the next level by performing gravity-defying inverted crunches and squats for maximum abdominal engagement.

Safety & Instructions for AeroGravity™ Inversion Boots

1. Preparation & Setup

  • Bar Compatibility: Ensure your pull-up bar is a permanent, high-strength steel bar. Do not use "doorway tension bars" that rely solely on pressure; use bolted or wall-mounted bars rated for your body weight.

  • Clearance: Check that you have enough vertical space to hang freely without your head touching the floor.

  • The "Spotter" Rule: For your first 3–5 sessions, we highly recommend having a partner present to assist you in getting up and down safely.

2. How to Secure Your Boots

  1. Placement: Open the safety buckles and place your leg inside, ensuring the hook is facing forward (away from your toes).

  2. Locking: Close the main buckle until you hear a "click." Engage the secondary safety latch to ensure the boot cannot open during use.

  3. Testing: Tug on the boots before hanging to ensure the padding is snug and the latch is fully immobile.

3. The Mounting Process

  • The Hook-Up: While holding the bar with your hands, lift your knees and hook one boot securely onto the bar, followed immediately by the second.

  • The Descent: Slowly release your hand grip only once you feel both hooks are centered and stable on the bar.

4. Usage Guidelines

  • Duration: Start slow. Begin with 1–2 minutes per session to allow your body to adjust to the inverted blood flow. Gradually work up to 5–10 minutes as you feel comfortable.

  • Breathing: Maintain deep, steady breaths. Do not hold your breath while inverted.

  • Coming Down: Always reach up and grab the bar first. Use your core strength to tuck your knees and unhook one leg at a time. Stay seated or upright for 1 minute after unhooking to prevent dizziness.

⚠️ Medical Disclaimer: Consult with a physician before use if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, bone weaknesses, or heart conditions. Do not use if pregnant.
